Mental Health Awareness Week (9-15 May 2022)

📣 It is Mental Health Awareness Week (9-15 May)

This year’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek is about loneliness.

Most of us have experienced loneliness at some point in our lives. This was most acute during the lockdowns as a result of the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Talking about a time you have felt lonely can break down stigma and challenge stereotypes of those who experiences it.

You can share your experience of loneliness this week by using the hashtag #IveBeenThere
