Personal Development Workers

Personal Development Workers work closely with inspiring people and support them to reach their goals. As a Personal Development Worker, you’ll also be given plenty of opportunities to flourish and develop new skills while supporting the person you work with to do the same.

Management roles

Great managers lead great teams. Managers, Support Advisors and Area Leads at C-Change are responsible for assuring the quality of our services, promoting a human rights based approach and providing guidance and support to the wider team.
