At C-Change we recognise that recruiting the right person to support an individual makes a real difference to them. We work closely with an individual to understand and identify what makes a good match for them. An individual can be involved in as much or as little of the recruitment as they wish. Involvement can include helping to design adverts, choosing who will be interviewed, choosing what questions to ask and asking them at these interview and helping to select the right match. During a new team member’s shadowing and induction period, we continually check that the match is working for both the new team member and the individual. We keep listening and learning from individuals to ensure we help find them the people who will help them to get the life they want.
