Management roles

Great managers lead great teams. Managers, Support Advisors and Area Leads at C-Change are responsible for assuring the quality of our services, promoting a human rights based approach and providing guidance and support to the wider team.

As an Area Coordinator, you're the maestro of multitasking, orchestrating planning and overseeing daily operations within the Finance and Business team ensuring all activities are in harmony and alignment with our organisational values.

Embracing the human rights approach within the Finance and Business (FaB) team infuses the workplace with a sense of purpose and respect for dignity, equality, and fairness. It creates an environment where positivity thrives and colleagues are empowered to take meaningful action within the organisation. Although I am not directly involved within People We Work For’s lives, I am proud of my part in contributing towards each person living their good life.
